DGB Group N.V. (« DGB » ou « le Groupe ») (Euronext : DGB : NL000916951), l'un des principaux développeurs de projets axés sur la restauration des écosystèmes à grande échelle et la génération de crédits carbone vérifiés, annonce qu'Euronext Amsterdam a reclassé ses actions du groupe de négociation JG à J1, la catégorie standard pour les sociétés cotées en bourse qui satisfont à toutes les exigences de cotation continue.
Ce reclassement fait suite à la publication réussie des états financiers annuels audités de DGB pour l'exercice 2024, confirmant la pleine conformité avec les obligations d'Euronext en matière de reporting et de transparence.
La classification temporaire de DGB dans le groupe de négociation JG était due à un retard dans la finalisation de l'audit externe. Le reclassement dans le groupe J1 reflète la confiance retrouvée dans la gouvernance, l'information financière et la continuité opérationnelle du groupe.
