DGB Group N.V. (“DGB” of “de Groep”) (Euronext: DGB: NL000916951), een toonaangevende, missiegedreven projectontwikkelaar gericht op grootschalig herstel van ecosystemen en het genereren van geverifieerde CO₂-certificaten, maakt bekend dat Euronext Amsterdam het aandeel van DGB heeft geherclassificeerd van handelsgroep JG naar J1. Dit is de standaardcategorie voor beursgenoteerde ondernemingen die voldoen aan alle doorlopende noteringsverplichtingen.
Deze herclassificatie volgt op de succesvolle publicatie van DGB’s gecontroleerde jaarrekening over het boekjaar 2024, waarmee wordt bevestigd dat volledig wordt voldaan aan de rapportage- en transparantievereisten van Euronext.
De tijdelijke plaatsing in handelsgroep JG was het gevolg van een vertraging bij het afronden van de externe accountantscontrole. De terugkeer naar groep J1 weerspiegelt het herstelde vertrouwen in de governance, financiële verslaglegging en operationele continuïteit van de Groep.
