Thomas Donia
Thomas Donia joined Green Earth in 2021 as the Technical Director. Combining his lifelong passion for nature conservation with an international background in strategy creation and operational implementation, Thomas is thrilled with the opportunity to support the next stage of Green Earth’s growth. In his role, he is responsible for the continued scaling up of organisational operations to support growth. His goal is to continue to expand the number of habitat restoration projects via an enthusiastic team and network of collaborators.
Thomas’ love for nature began when he was a young child, exploring the Red Sea whilst living in Egypt and collecting fossils and encyclopaedias. He is a proud husband and father of two. His favourite trees are the three cherry trees in his front yard. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science and a Master's in Strategy from Radboud University Nijmegen.
