Building upon a commitment to efficiency and decisive action, DGB will consolidate its previously announced Extraordinary General Meeting, initially scheduled for Friday, 26 May 2023, with the upcoming AGM. This integration is to enhance the efficiency of our meetings, allowing shareholders to make informed decisions in a single comprehensive session.
