DGB Group N.V. (“DGB” of “de Groep”) (Euronext: DGB: NL0009169515), een toonaangevende ontwikkelaar van natuurprojecten, kondigt de formele uitvoering en notariële vastlegging aan van de statutenwijzigingen die zijn goedgekeurd tijdens de Algemene Vergadering van Aandeelhouders op 17 juli 2025. Deze wijzigingen omvatten o.a. een naamswijziging van de onderneming naar Green Earth Group N.V., de verplaatsing van de statutaire zetel naar Lelystad, en een verhoging van het maatschappelijk kapitaal van €750.000,00 naar €1.250.000,00.
Deze statutenwijzigingen vormen een belangrijk onderdeel van de strategische herpositionering en rebranding van de Groep, en weerspiegelen de versterkte toewijding aan duurzame, milieugerichte bedrijfsvoering.
De rebranding en bijbehorende wijzigingen, waaronder het nieuwe tickersymbool op Euronext Amsterdam, zullen per 15 september 2025 volledig van kracht worden.
Green Earth Group N.V. blijft zich inzetten om haar gevestigde marktpositie te benutten om duurzaamheid te bevorderen, waarde te creëren voor aandeelhouders en op positieve wijze bij te dragen aan wereldwijde milieudoelstellingen. Verdere details over de rebranding zullen worden verstrekt met het naderen van de ingangsdatum.
